The Senior Business Development role leads our customer partnership strategy, developing and negotiating deals, and managing the strategic partnerships to drive growth and strategic value for the business. You champion big bets, pilot new ideas, partner with internal teams on go-to-market strategies, value propositions, messaging, sales strategies, and drive excellence in execution.

Responsibilities include exploring, validating, framing and closing new business initiatives through customer and partner engagements with relatively high levels of independence.

We're hiring virtually, in addition to our San Francisco Bay Area, California office onsite.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively identify enterprise wide value propositions, manage key stakeholders, and drive the closing process
  • Highly organized with the ability to build, manage, and effectively prioritize a portfolio of opportunities across multiple enterprise customers
  • Experience partnering with leadership and product teams to identify Product/Market Fit with potential customers
  • Creative problem solver able to find new strategies in complex negotiations
  • Strong understanding and communication of the enterprise wide goals and opportunities
  • Robust business acumen applied at different levels of decision makers from senior management to technical architects
  • Effective communicator and influencer with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in driving aggressive revenue growth with new products
  • Experience with robotics automation industry
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience including in-depth understanding of channel/partner programs and funnel management
  • MBA
  • US-based
